Supply Chain Warehouse Specialist

Accountabilities:
- Conduct reviews of GMP documentation associated with materials control, including material specifications, receipt/shipment, inspection, inventory records, and process orders.
- Continuously assess the Materials Control operation and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in generating GMP documentation such as SOPs, Deviations, and CAPAs.
- Participate in all WM functions, including receiving, shipping, Kanban, inventory control, and process orders.
- Distribute materials for GMP operations via MALs into regulated spaces, with gown qualifications provided by AstraZeneca.
- Engage in cycle counts and full inventories as required.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• High School Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience with warehousing operations in a GMP environment
• Experience with Cold Chain and Temperature sensitive material, biologics and components
• Experience with SAP/WM required, SAP/IM is helpful, as well as MS Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in handling of hazardous materials (Flammables, Corrosives, and Gases)
• Capable of independent work

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $67,733 to $91,400 ($32.46 to $43.90 hourly). Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
