Introduction to Role:

Join us at AstraZeneca as a Key Account Manager in our CVRM team and play a pivotal role in establishing and developing relationships with key institutional customers in therapeutic areas of cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology. This role enables you to seek business opportunities for the company's focus products and provide insights and leverage your experience for operational and strategic decision-making.

Accountabilities:

In this role you will be responsible for defining key accounts, establishing, and maintaining collaborations and partnerships, mapping customer needs, and supporting the patient centric business opportunities. You will also analyse respective region in terms of future business, plan customer engagements, and implement target segment focused channel mix.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Can do mindset and open for individual development in fast pace moving organisation.

  • Digitally savvy

  • Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry

  • Excellent interpersonal capabilities in building long-lasting relationships and networks.

  • Aligned core values and aiming to transform care bringing meaningful solutions to patients and society.

  • Result oriented and considering yourself as team player.

  • Transparent with behaviours aligned to ethical norms.

  • Higher education

  • Knowledge of English

  • Driving License

  • Agile and disruptive mind

  • Coaching and leadership experience

  • Experienced in project management.
