What you’ll do

As a Finance Business Analyst CZ&SK, you will partner with the Markets Commercial team and extended Finance teams (Region/IFS) to drive commercial performance. You will deliver value through high-quality business partnering, insightful analysis, and by acting as a catalyst for change across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Month-end close and reporting: Perform close activities; analyze, interpret, and communicate financial results on time.
  • Financial planning and reviews: Support budgeting, forecasting, presentations, and complex analysis for Senior Leadership reviews.
  • Decision support: Coordinate data collection, assess options, and provide analysis to enable informed business and investment decisions.
  • Stakeholder partnership: Work closely with business leaders to provide analytical and strategic support, grounded in sound planning assumptions and resource prioritization.
  • Performance and cost insights: Review sales, SG&A, headcount, and staff costs; advise on resource optimization.
  • Timely insights: Deliver accurate, relevant reporting that explains financial performance and drivers.
  • Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and Business Partners.
  • Process excellence: Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with financial governance, owning control frameworks where appropriate.
  • Simplification and best practice: Drive simplification of finance processes across markets and foster a culture of best-practice sharing.
  • Project and ad hoc support: Provide financial expertise and insightful analysis for ad hoc queries and ongoing projects within scope.

Your profile

  • Education: Master’s degree in finance or business administration (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Proven experience in finance within an international company
  • Systems proficiency: Experience using financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and modelling to support decisions
  • Essential to have analytical skills & technical capabilities
  • Excel – advanced level essential
  • Graduate application will also be considered
  • Fluent English & native language essential
