■ Job Description

As a Content Delivery Associate (CDA), you will be responsible for managing the production and execution of content to support the Japan Biopharmaceuticals teams . The Content Delivery Associate will report into the Content Delivery Managers (CDM) and will work closely with the Biopharmaceuticals teams , agency partners, preferred production partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of assets.  

■Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CDM and brand teams to deliver commercial marketing content which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and other assets.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies of record, production partners and cross-functional teams to ensure that assets are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Manage production deliverables through coordination with our preferred production partner
  • Oversee the review and approval process, working with appropriate cross-functional partners
  • Work closely with our internal creative team to execute brand requests
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kick-off to final approval
  • Attend brand, agency and production partner status calls to review asset progress, discuss risks and opportunities and align on priorities
  • Accurately track assets in the project management tool to ensure production savings are captured correctly.
  • Manage assets reapprovals and expirations.

■Requirements:

  • English language skills
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 – 5  years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or an advertising agency
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with a collaboration/external partner
  • Project management abilities with experience managing complete and concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment – “Lead without Authority” is preferred
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desired
