■ 職務内容 / Job Description

Conduct CEA (cost effectiveness analysis) effectively and prepare strategic HTA (health technology assessment) materials in order to minimize price cuts for responsible products under the Official CEE (Cost Effectiveness Evaluation). Typical accountabilities are as follows:
Ÿ Accomplish CEA according to the guidelines and generate plausible results in collaboration with internal and external people concerned (make a plan, collect necessary information, generate necessary data, conduct multiple analyses, and develop materials)
Ÿ Prepare required materials and negotiate with C2H/MHLW in the official CEE process.
Ÿ Make a suggestion to Pricing & Market access strategy in terms of HTA
Ÿ Collect updated information about technical knowledge, HTA system, and leverage them for our activities

Experience of CEA

• Experience of CEE negotiation with C2H
• Experience of working in a multi-national pharmaceutical company.

Bachelor degree in relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or pharmacists)

• Pharmacist license
• Medical license

【能力 / Skill-set】

<必須 / Mandatory>

• Knowledge of healthcare business, HTA, and pricing & reimbursement regulations in Japan.
• Project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Logical thinking
• Problem resolution skills

• Experience in Real World Data analysis/Epidemiological research
• Familiarity with operating in a global business
• Statistical skills
• High-level Excel skills
