Job Description
The Associate Principal AI Engineer (UI/App. lead) will lead the user interface and application development team, specializing in the effective integration of advanced machine learning (ML) models and Agentic AI pipelines deployed on AWS SageMaker into frontend applications. This role is responsible not only for delivering high-quality user experiences but also for driving innovative service experiences through the latest AI technologies. Is expected to have effective levels of interactive communication within the team and directly influencing and advising those within the team.

• Support our business unit through building front-end application with defined business issue; design and implement front-end application that meet with defined complex business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain web and/or mobile application UI/UX.
• Connect front-end application with ML models and/or Agentic AI pipelines deployed on AWS SageMaker.
• Manage and develop the application team (tracking progress, mentoring, personnel evaluation).
• Select technologies, coordinate with internal and external partners, and formulating requirements for AI adoption.
• Collaborate with various functions (IT, brand team, external vendors etc.) to propose solutions to business unit.
• Manage operational projects (modify and maintain existing applications etc.) with external vendors.
• Promote agile development processes and DevOps practices.
• Ensur quality control, application security, and performance optimization.
• Research market trends and the latest technologies, and apply relevant findings to services.
• Mentor & train more junior AI Engineers.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to champion the value of AI.

資格 License
<必須 Mandatory>
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent number of years of experience in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 year of project experience as leader of analysts using machine learning technology.

• At least 5 years experience in deploying, managing, and integrating applications using AWS services.

• Experience integrating applications with ML model APIs or AI pipelines on cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker.
• Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong UI/UX design skills.
• Experience in designing web interfaces, including REST API or GraphQL.
• Leading cross-functional analysis projects communicating with both business and IT infrastructure teams.
• Stakeholder’s expectation management to maximize benefit for both stakeholders and team members.
• Managing project schedule and outcome quality.
• Prioritizing detailed tasks to handle multiple projects with limited resources.
• Data extractions by SQL or other related database management languages.
• AWS services to deploy applications (SageMaker, Lambda, Athena, Glue, CI/CD pipeline, ECR, Amplify).
• Ability to create documents to clearly explain complex architecture without using language for specialist.
• Understanding business needs and objectives properly.
• Explaining complex analysis to non-analytical personnel.
