Key Responsibilities:

Operational responsibility:

Promotional Activities & TAP

  • Optimally promote AZ products in accordance with AZ business strategy, ethical standards & approved TAP through commercial visits, conferences, congresses and seminars with healthcare professionals
  • Regularly update and upgrade customers’ database on the defined territory
  • Provide regular feedback on client contacts and commercial activities to SLSM and team members
  • Sustain and communicate excellent knowledge of Product, Disease and Competitors
  • Monitor, suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performance
  • Conduct healthcare professionals profiling
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers: HCP, Hospital Pharmacies, decision-makers at the level of different accounts
  • Work with SLSM to assess territory sales performance and market trends

Administrative responsibility:

  • Ensure timely reporting of all activities in CRM System
  • Conduct analysis, planning and implementation of regular reporting in the own daily activities
  • Timely prepare and submit financial and administrative reports following corporate and local law standards

Corporate responsibility

  • Follow rules & norms set by corporate policies of AstraZeneca (Pharm Code, SHE SOP and other SOPs) that the MR was acknowledged about.
  • As representing AstraZeneca for the customers, follow business etiquette and dress-code according to AstraZeneca image and obligations

Job Requirements:

Essential Criteria:

  • A degree in Doctor, Dentist, Veterinary, Pharmacist or Biologist with a solid scientific background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior or Executive Medical Representative with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Strong sales abilities with a solid understanding of effective selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Advanced proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to easily comprehend and communicate complex scientific materials.
  • Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and organize and lead multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decisions and sales performance.
