What you’ll do

Your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long-term brand success and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professions.

An originator, you will be responsible for brand success by employing cross-functional engagement strategies, exploring new and innovative approaches to brand communications and responding to constructive feedback internally and externally.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Design and execute product strategies to ensure strong market presence of your responsible products in lung cancer

  • Identify and develop key opinion leader to ensure strong advocacy for therapy area/responsible products

  • Collaborate closely with other functions to achieve objectives of AZ products including sales target and market shares

  • Collaborate closely with external key stakeholders to co-create an ecosystem for lung cancer patients

  • Demonstrate high level of product knowledge and therapy knowledge under responsibility

  • Monitor performance and control A&P budget

  • Localizes digital content as needed

Essential for the role

  • University graduate in any discipline

  • Preferred 2-4 years of marketing experience

  • 2 years’ experience in multinational pharmaceutical company in a sales and marketing related position

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure

  • Strong collaboration working with a wide variety of key stakeholders


Desirable for the role

  • Having network and solid experience in the field of Oncology

  • Good command of Mandarin

  • Depending on candidate experience, this position could be filled at the following levels: Associate Brand Manager / Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager
