Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• To support the sales leadership organisation in all business development activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market expansion strategies, drive client acquisition, and establish partnerships. Identify new leads and drive opportunities to impact pipeline expansion and sales velocity.
• Support the creation of opportunity-specific sales materials.
• Report on critical metrics, including outbound contact, opportunity conversion, and resultant sales.
• Solve issues and manage risks related to customers, serving as a partner both internally and externally.
The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:
• Understanding of clinical development processes and the pharmaceutical, biotech & CRO industry.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in clinical development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clinical development teams and decision-makers.
• Curiosity about analyzing client challenges and proposing effective solutions using Evinova's capabilities.
• Critical thinking to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition of Evinova solutions.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative approach to leverage insights from other departments to improve sales strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced degree desired.
• Extensive experience in software sales and delivery of commercial value in the industry.
• Significant experience in commercial sales in the pharmaceutical software sector.
• Exceptional network and sales experience with a well-recognized reputation.
• Extensive experience bringing innovation to solve complex issues.
• Proven ability to influence senior-level executives.
• Proven experience driving global change in complex organizations.
• Strong organizational agility.
