Introduction to role

The Trainer for the RIM systems will be responsible for creating and delivering effective and engaging training sessions and materials to ensure users across the enterprise are proficient in using the AZ RIMS system.

Accountabilities

  • Impact assesses system configuration changes on the vast training collateral, to determine if updates/new materials are required in readiness for the implementation of system releases.
  • Create or update training materials and training sessions to ensure users are trained and compliant to work with the system functionality and new ways of working.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative training methods (virtually or in person) to meet different training needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure training deliverables are fit for purpose and easy to understand.
  • Assess individual/group training needs and work collaboratively to ensure needs are being met.
  • Provide post-training support to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues related to the RIM system.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Training Lead to implement improvements to training programs.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating and delivering innovative training sessions (preferably in an enterprise system environment).
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, planning, and collaboration to work effectively across functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written use of the English language.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Experience with eLearning platforms and tools, for example, Articulate 360, Learning Management Systems, Sharepoint, Synthasia, or other AI tools.
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft applications i.e. WORD, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data to support decision-making and workload management.
  • Certification in Training and Development or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar enterprise systems.
