As Brand Leader Oncology Lung, you will manage marketing tasks for the Therapeutic Area, playing a pivotal role in leveraging our scientific capabilities to positively impact patients' lives. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing Lung and be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy and marketing plans. You will analyze market segments, identify growth drivers, opportunities, and risks, and determine distribution channel solutions, including digital and social media. Your responsibilities will include: 

- Defining marketing strategy through cross-functional Tumour strategy plan processes in line with company objectives and compliance. 

- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of brand plan actions. 

- Collaborating with business analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers. 

- Building and updating APEX files for cost control. 

- Providing promotions, public relations, and advertising for assigned brands/products. 

- Supporting and engaging with Field Force. 

- Participating in training development for field/customer service personnel on brand information. 

- Working closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities/issues. 

- Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve annual brand plans. 

- Ensuring high corporate image within the scientific community. 

- Maintaining relationships with KEEs and HQ for global strategy and projects. 

- Managing activities and account relationships according to company values and guidelines. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 

 - Business or Scientific Degree 

- At least 5 years of marketing experience 

- Experience in Oncology as a therapeutic area 

- Understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies, and tools (customer profiling and segmentation, market research techniques including patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence resources) 

- Experience with product launches or in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical life cycle management 

- Ability to engage and collaborate with complex cross-functional working groups and teams 

- Demonstrated strong ability to build and nurture relationships with Customers 

- Experience of engaging with and leveraging insights from external customers e.g. KEE's, prescribers, patients and payers 

- Strong communication skills and leadership 

- Digital literacy and omnichannel strategy capabilities 

- Successful record of creating and deploying digital content & channels (omnichannel and digital marketing skills) 

- Strong project management skills 

- Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry 

- International experience or having worked or studied abroad 

- Proficiency in English and Italian
