Responsibilities
El Study Contract Manager juega un papel crucial en la gestión de costos y contratos, siendo responsable de la negociación y presupuestación en ensayos clínicos, así como del desarrollo y gestión de contratos y anexos con investigadores e instituciones o proveedores externos, asegurando prácticas éticas, justas y conformes. El Study Contract Manager mantiene una comunicación regular con investigadores e instituciones, así como con otros actores clave externos e internos.
Responsabilidades:
- Adaptar plantillas globales de acuerdos para uso local de acuerdo con los requisitos locales y SOPs.
- Desarrollar y negociar presupuestos de sitios clínicos basados en el Valor de Mercado Justo.
- Negociar el lenguaje del acuerdo y el presupuesto con los sitios de estudio clínico.
- Actuar como punto de contacto e interfaz con Legal si es necesario para asegurar la integridad de los contratos.
- Mantener el estado del acuerdo, presupuestos, problemas, pagos, cualquier enmienda durante la duración del estudio y comunicaciones con fuentes internas y externas.
- Asegurar que los documentos finales del contrato sean consistentes con los acuerdos alcanzados en las negociaciones.
- Asegurar que todos los acuerdos se ejecuten de manera oportuna contribuyendo a tiempos eficientes de inicio del sitio.
- Apoyar actividades de auditoría interna y externa.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Código de Conducta de AstraZeneca y las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa relacionados con personas, finanzas, tecnología y seguridad.
- Asegurar que todos los contratos estén incluidos en el TMF.
Dependiendo de la decisión local, las responsabilidades adicionales pueden incluir*:
- Capacitación y mentoría de nuevos miembros del equipo local de estudio en temas financieros/contractuales y compartir experiencias.
- Apoyar la preparación y negociación de un Acuerdo Maestro de Servicios Local.
- Contribuir a mejoras de procesos, transferencia de conocimientos y compartir mejores prácticas.
- Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de pagos del estudio para asegurar la adherencia a los términos del contrato.
- Construir y mantener un repositorio central para los requisitos de contratos del sitio para asegurar fácil acceso y seguimiento.
- Rastrear e informar sobre el desempeño del contrato, entregables y hitos clave. Desarrollar y negociar presupuestos de sitios clínicos basados en las necesidades del estudio y la organización.
- Asegurar la alineación entre los presupuestos ingresados en los sistemas y el presupuesto local del estudio.
- Revisar contratos preparados por el equipo local para asegurar consistencia y adherencia a las políticas de la empresa, requisitos regulatorios e industriales y estándares legales.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas relacionadas con contratos y proporcionar orientación sobre acuerdos complejos o no estándar.
Habilidades/Experiencia esencial:
- Título universitario en disciplina relacionada, preferiblemente en ciencias de la vida, derecho, finanzas o calificación equivalente.
- Excelente conocimiento de las directrices internacionales ICH-GCP, conocimiento básico de GMP/GDP.
- Buen conocimiento de las regulaciones locales relevantes.
- Comprensión básica del proceso de desarrollo de medicamentos.
- Buen entendimiento de la Gestión de Estudios Clínicos incluyendo monitoreo, manejo de medicamentos del estudio y gestión de datos.
- Excelente atención a los detalles.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Buenas habilidades de colaboración e interpersonales.
- Buenas habilidades de negociación.
Habilidades/Experiencia deseable:
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno con colaboradores remotos.
- Formación post-grado en administración de contratos o experiencia laboral como asistente legal en la industria farmacéutica o sanitaria.
- Gestiona el cambio con un enfoque positivo para sí mismo, el equipo y el negocio. Ve el cambio como una oportunidad para mejorar el rendimiento y agregar valor al negocio.
- Capacidad para buscar y defender métodos/procesos más eficientes y efectivos para realizar ensayos clínicos de calidad con un presupuesto reducido y en menos tiempo.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y para resolver problemas.
- Demuestra capacidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas con plazos conflictivos.
- Familiaridad con el enfoque de monitoreo basado en riesgos incluyendo monitoreo remoto.
