Misión

Asegurar los resultados de negocio y el posicionamiento comercial de la marca en sus cuentas/área sanitaria, en función de la estrategia del área terapéutica bajo su responsabilidad, a través del diseño e implementación de planes estratégicos dirigidos a todos los stakeholders clave de forma coordinada con los equipos cross-funcionales con el fin de asegurar la accesibilidad del medicamento y un rápido posicionamiento, así como anticipar cambios en la práctica clínica para hacer llegar nuestros productos al mayor número de pacientes posible y mejorar su calidad de vida .

Responsabilidades

1 Conocimiento y análisis del entorno sanitario

• Conocer y analizar toda la información del entorno a nivel de la Oncología/patología, sus dinámicas y decisores clave en la toma de decisiones que afecta a la cuenta/área terapéutica/sanitaria de su responsabilidad.

• Conocer y analizar toda la información del entorno / ecosistema de decisores clave en la toma de decisiones que afecta a las cuentas/área sanitaria de su responsabilidad.

• Trabajar pro-activamente de forma cross-funcional para obtener insights de forma continua e identificar barreras y oportunidades a nivel de la cuenta/área terapéutica y poder tomar así decisiones que optimicen el patient journey, fomenten un diagnóstico temprano y mejoren la calidad asistencial.

• Asegurar el máximo impacto en el stakeholder ​a través del diseño y ejecución de planes comerciales apalancados en su conocimiento del ecosistema oncológico/patología, que faciliten el desarrollo de la marca en la cuenta/área terapéutica.

• Dar continuidad al plan de cuenta iniciado por el ”SSA” previo al acceso de la indicación/marca para lograr un mayor y más rápido desarrollo en la cuenta, una vez esté aprobada la comercialización.

• Analizar e integrar información o hallazgos sobre el entorno, mercado, competidores, tendencias, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y anticipando posibles desafíos que favorezcan la planificació

delterritorio/cuenta/stakeholders, así como la priorización de las oportunidades.

• Tomar decisiones de forma ágil basadas en datos, hallazgos y conocimiento científico para maximizar las oportunidades.

• Trabajar en tiempo y forma la identificación de los distintos stakeholders en cada cuenta/área terapéutica (clientes, decisores, influenciadores y prescriptores) y su adecuado perfilamiento para los ejercicios de S&T.

• Informar y gestionar las oportunidades, retos y necesidades de la cuenta con el equipo cross-funcional, alineado con el plan estratégico del área terapéutica/alineado con el plan regional de la marca.

3 Gestión Comercial

• Garantizar la ejecución de la estrategia del área terapéutica incorporándola en sus planes de cuenta / territorio y basándose en un conocimiento profundo de la marca, los stakeholders, el mercado, y la competencia.

• Responsabilizarse de los objetivos de venta del área terapéutica y de las cuentas/territorios bajo su responsabilidad , así como de las desviaciones producidas, proponiendo acciones correctoras.

• Identificar oportunidades de negocio que puedan tener un impacto más allá del ámbito terapéutico, como acciones/soluciones para stakeholders con el objetivo de resolver puntos críticos del patient journey.

• Responsabilizarse de todo el ciclo de producto en las cuentas/áreas sanitarias bajo su responsabilidad una vez este aprobado.

• Realizar la introducción a nivel hospitalario de los productos en las cuentas/área sanitaria no prioritarias asegurando la coordinación con todo el equipo regional de acceso y central involucrados.

• Trabajar de forma conjunta con el RAM asegurando el alineamiento y el flujo de información para potenciar la visión global de su territorio.

4 Gestión de stakeholders

• Identificar y priorizar a los stakeholders claves involucrados en los planes de cuenta bajo su responsabilidad e impulsar interacciones que le permitan desarrollar un relacionamiento continuo.

• Establecer relaciones de confianza con los stakeholders clave para ejecutar oportunidades y ofrecer soluciones que optimicen el patient journey, fomenten un diagnóstico temprano y mejoren la calidad asistencial.

5 Compliance

• Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta).

• Proyectar, en su relación con stakeholders internos o externos, la imagen y valores corporativos de AZ.

Requisitos

Formación

• Licenciatura / Grado.

• Deseable: formación especializada en Ciencias de la Salud.

Localización A Coruña / Santiago preferente

Experiencia: Min 4 años

• Experiencia de al menos 5 años en la industria farmacéutica con el menos 2 años en roles de gestión de clientes.

Conocimientos:

• Informática nivel avanzado

• Manejo de herramientas digitales

• Inglés B1
