What you’ll do
As a GP Sales Representative, you will promote key brands and engage primary care healthcare professionals within your territory to support positive treatment outcomes for patients. You will work with your team to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory.
This role will work in our Respiratory and Immunology franchise, managing South Brisbane and surrounding territory, including managing some regional QLD areas on a regular basis (Rockhampton).
This role is a full time, permanent position in our field sales team.
Essential for the role
Previous experience and proven success in a sales territory management role
Exceptional selling skills, ambition and drive for results
Ability to build strong external and internal relationships through effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
Genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry together with a passion for making a difference
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and proven project/team/cross-functional leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage
Ability and willingness to adapt digital solutions, utilise different digital channels, technology and tools to engage with customers
Resilience, tenacity and a growth mindset
Tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine or Healthcare
Desirable for the role
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical sales role
Established relationships with HCPs on territory
Completed Medicines Australia
