What you’ll do

Reporting to the Sales Operations and Meetings Manager, the Sales Operations and Meetings Coordinator role will deliver a consistent approach to supporting our field force and coordinating our field-led medical educational meetings across Australia and New Zealand.

Essential for the role 

  • Experience in working as an administrative assistant or event coordinator planning, organising and executing in-person, hybrid & virtual educational meetings

  • Professional written and spoken communications

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 

  • Strong team building and collaboration skills 

  • Ability to liaise with key stakeholders regarding their meeting needs 

  • Analytical abilities and problem solving abilities

Desirable for the role 

  • Demonstrated experience with Ai tools, including practical application in workplace settings to solve problems, automate tasks, or generate insights.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Science/Event Management

  • Experience in planning, organising and executing educational meetings and events within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry 

  • Experience using CRM, event and budget management platforms (Sales Force/Veeva, Cvent, Concur)

  • Basic SAP experience
