About the role:

As a Hybrid Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical Sales), you will:

• Promote leading respiratory and immunology medicines to healthcare professionals across Albury and surrounding regional areas.

• Build strong relationships with General Practitioners, Specialists, Retail Pharmacies, and allied healthcare staff.

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales and call execution goals.

• Drive patient-centric outcomes through education, influence, and collaboration.

This is a full-time, permanent role in our field sales team, offering a rewarding career path with a global leader in biopharmaceuticals.

Essential for the role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven professional with:

• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience and a proven track record of success.

• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to build lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for making a difference.

• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Self-motivation, resilience, and a growth mindset.

• Confidence in using digital tools, CRM systems, and multi-channel engagement strategies.

• Completion of Medicines Australia accreditation.
