What you’ll do
The First Line Sales Manager is a critically important role for our business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be primarily responsible for the attainment of sales targets through effective leadership and management of our Primary Care Professional Sales Representatives across NSW South. The current territory includes Cronulla, Liverpool, Wollongong and Canberra territories. You will lead the development and delivery of local strategy and business plans to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory.
Essential for the role
- Sales management experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in primary care GP sales and a successful selling track record
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships through effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
- Results orientation, strong business acumen and analytical skills to enable you to effectively contribute to the creation and implementation of sales/marketing strategies
- Commitment to integrate data insights to inform, validate and articulate decisions and ability to collaborate around data to enhance customer experiences
- Significant understanding of digital technologies and solutions and ability to lead and inspire others to bring them along on the digital journey
Desirable for the role
- Completed Medicines Australia
- Business and/or Science related tertiary qualifications are preferred
