What you’ll do

You’ll drive compliant, patient-centric execution across digital and traditional tactics, partnering with Brand Managers, Medical, and Sales to support responsible adoption and optimal use of medicines.

  • Content Production & Campaign Operations:  brief-to-deploy creative; brand consistency; documentation; optimisation; risk identification.

  • Sales Enablement: Execute meetings/conference materials; e-detailers; CLM content; leave-behinds; objection handlers; training; partner with Sales and Oncology Brand Managers.

  • Patient Access Programs: Assist in the delivery of access programs (education, adherence, navigation) aligned to the oncology journey, ensuring timely and compliant execution with Medical and Regulatory guidance.

  • Compliance and Governance: align with AZ standards, Medicines Australia Code, TGA requirements; maintain audit trails and version control.

  • Omnichannel Execution: Deliver Brand Manager initiatives across web, email, CRM marketing automation, webinars, conferences, and print.

  • Cross functional Collaboration:  coordinate with Brand Managers and Senior Brand Managers for seamless delivery.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business (Marketing major).

  • 12+ months in marketing support with omnichannel execution under brand manager guidance.

  • Proficient in MS Office; strong prioritization and risk awareness.

  • Project management under tight timelines; organization and documentation.

  • Effective stakeholder coordination; proactive and results-driven.

  • Familiarity with Medicines Australia Code, TGA, and promotional governance.

Desirable for the role

  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM)

  • Oncology or complex therapy area exposure

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, and analytics tools for campaign optimisation.

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; energetic, driven, and high-performing.
