You'll provide expert mentorship on assets, asset care, performance, and variability. We expect you to deliver Asset Care capability and data-driven improvements to support our business strategy. As a leader, you'll inspire your team to understand and passionately contribute to our collective success.

  • You'll have a relevant engineering degree (preferred) or recognised engineering training route (e.g. apprenticeship with HNC/HND or equivalent).
  • Significant and relevant experience of assets and asset care practices within a GMP / highly regulated / FMCG environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Understanding of TPM principles and evidence of deployment.
  • Utilising previous experience, you will value the opportunity to lead, empower and develop your team, and ideally you will be Chartered or working towards Chartership with an appropriate engineering institution (e.g. IMechE).

Please note: the role requires a level of shift flexibility and on call support.

In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of five days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
