We are excited to offer an opportunity for a TPM Lead to join our team. Reporting to the UK Operations Lean Digital Director, you will own the development, delivery, budget, and execution of TPM plans, providing expert support and technical leadership, inspiring both your team of TPM Associate Directors and Facilitators and everyone on site to show the passion and discipline needed to deliver.

Accountabilities:

- Ensure TPM is central to our PET strategies, collaborating with PET Leadership Teams to shape and deliver outcome-focused roll-out plans that enhance asset performance and people capability.

- Lead and manage central TPM resources within the site Lean team, standardizing, developing, and improving processes for consistent implementation.

- Align site TPM implementation plans with regional and global Lean strategies, AZ Supply System Maturity Review, and site scorecard targets.

- Build relationships with frontline operational and engineering staff, acting as conscience and coach day-to-day.

- Collaborate with Regional and Functional TPM Leaders, participating in cross-site networks as Local Process Champion for TPM.

- Sponsor and establish education & training through immersive TPM application and "Learning by Doing."

- Define TPM implementation processes from start to finish; establish process goals and targets; monitor process performance.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- An established Lean Leader with great interpersonal skills including coaching and visual and verbal communication

- Relevant qualification in a Manufacturing, Engineering or related technical/business field

- Experience of implementing Total Productive Maintenance within a Manufacturing Environment

- Project management and improvement expertise

- A track record of understanding and application of change management principles

- Broad understanding of production and maintenance engineering processes

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Six Sigma (or Lean Six Sigma) Black Belt certification and/or certification from an accredited external Quality program

- Understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice, current Good Manufacturing Practice and regulations as defined by local regulatory bodies
