Accountabilities:

  • Deliver and exceed sales targets for allocated brands.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans.
  • Manage territory effectively by understanding local NHS priorities.
  • Achieve account goals by investing resources and budgets wisely.
  • Maintain high levels of clinical, therapy area, and environmental knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with AZ Governance frameworks, SOPs, and the ABPI Code of Practice.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills (both with customers and colleagues).
  • Strong sales experience, including primary and secondary both face-to-face and virtual. Strong Pharma background.
  • Knowledge of the customer and therapy area within area of responsibility.
  • High emotional intelligence confirmed through management of own demeanor.
  • ABPI qualified.
  • Experience of formulary applications at trust level.
  • Strong NHS knowledge and understanding.
  • Shows initiative and is self-starting.
  • Strong results focus.
  • Full driving licence.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Market Access experience of gaining product position on guidelines.
