Accountabilities:
- Deliver and exceed sales targets for allocated brands.
- Develop and implement effective account plans.
- Manage territory effectively by understanding local NHS priorities.
- Achieve account goals by investing resources and budgets wisely.
- Maintain high levels of clinical, therapy area, and environmental knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with AZ Governance frameworks, SOPs, and the ABPI Code of Practice.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills (both with customers and colleagues).
- Strong sales experience, including primary and secondary both face-to-face and virtual. Strong Pharma background.
- Knowledge of the customer and therapy area within area of responsibility.
- High emotional intelligence confirmed through management of own demeanor.
- ABPI qualified.
- Experience of formulary applications at trust level.
- Strong NHS knowledge and understanding.
- Shows initiative and is self-starting.
- Strong results focus.
- Full driving licence.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Market Access experience of gaining product position on guidelines.
