Join us as a Healthcare Delivery Partner in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving population health change. You will be at the forefront of identifying and leading partnership projects with the NHS centred around patient identification, management, and improved outcomes in CVRM. This is an exciting opportunity to be a scientific ambassador for AstraZeneca, equipped with the knowledge to keep pace with rapid complex science and the latest changes in medical practice and therapeutics worldwide. 

Accountabilities:

As a Healthcare Delivery Partner, you will be accountable for leading and managing NHS partnership practice change projects to completion, ensuring all external interventions are delivered in compliance with the ABPI code of practice. You will engage with NHS stakeholders, foster strong partnerships, deliver education to build clinical capability and collaborate cross-functionally with the regional account teams. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a bioscience subject or a professional qualification in healthcare or clinical experience 
  • Project/ Key account management experience 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Clinical experience (e.g., Nurse, Pharmacist, Physician’s Assistant, Primary Care Physician or related scientific degree) 
  • Knowledge of the ABPI code of practice 
  • Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry 
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role 
  • Prior experience and understanding of diabetes and metabolic therapy area advantageous
