Senior Business Analyst

You'll collaborate with business leaders, architects, data scientists, tech strategists, and development teams to align digital innovation with enterprise strategy. Your work will help shift the organization from reactive operations to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
Accountabilities
- Business Analysis & Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to understand strategic goals and operational difficulties. Lead the identification, documentation, and analysis of business processes, systems, and data flows. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements ensuring alignment with IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
- AI & Emerging Tech Enablement: Find opportunities to apply AI, ML, intelligent automation (e.g., RPA, NLP), and data analytics across core functions. Work with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML models that solve specific business problems. Evaluate and propose emerging tech solutions (e.g., generative AI, agentic AI, blockchain, digital twins) to enhance decision-making, compliance, and efficiency.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Partner with solution architects and developers to co-design scalable, user-centric IT solutions. Lead end-to-end business process redesign and transformation initiatives, integrating intelligent technologies. Drive agile delivery by managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning for AI-related initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Act as the key liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. Support organizational change management by defining communication strategies, training plans, and adoption metrics for new tech rollouts. Present complex technical concepts and AI solutions in accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Governance & Ethics: Champion ethical AI practices, including bias mitigations, explainability, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Collaborate with data governance and security teams to ensure responsible data use and system integrity.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or enterprise transformation roles with mid-to-large scale organizations with at least 3-5 years leading complex initiatives involving digital technologies, such as AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, or enterprise systems modernization.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing and redesigning core enterprise function processes (e.g., HR, Shared Services, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Finance) to drive efficiency, compliance and strategic alignment through the adoption of next-gen technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering AI and data-enabled business solutions, including the development of use cases, definition of success metrics, and collaboration with data science, architecture, and development teams to ensure measurable business value.
- Experience working with Agile and hybrid project delivery frameworks, including direct involvement in backlog management, user story development, sprint planning, and product roadmap definition – particularly digital and AI-powered solutions.
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP and integrated technologies, with a working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and low-code/no-code tools.
- Familiarity with AI project lifecycle (from experimentation to production deployment) and frameworks for ethical AI governance, model explainability and data privacy compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior business leaders, facilitate multi-functional collaboration, and serve as a strategic advisor in digital initiatives.
- Experience in conducting enterprise-wide impact assessments, feasibility studies, business case development and benefit realization for AI and emerging tech investments.
