About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant (PA) to join our GBS Administration Team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to the GBS Leadership Team, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks. Your work will enable the smooth delivery of services across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, including with senior internal stakeholders.
Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
Process expenses and invoices in compliance with internal policies.
Support global virtual meetings and conference calls.
Monitor carbon travel spend, supporting AZ's sustainability efforts.
Assist with team events, onboarding, and internal initiatives.
Collaborate with the broader GBS Admin team on projects and cross-team support.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a PA or administrative professional supporting senior leaders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities.
Collaborative team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
Experience working across cultures and time zones.
