Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking, AI-enabled HR technology strategy.
  • Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation and digitalisation of all HR functions.
  • Embed scalable, responsible AI and automation across the employee lifecycle.
  • Elevate the digital employee experience using advanced technology platforms.
  • Lead the activation of data and analytics as a cornerstone of HR strategy.
  • Oversee technology modernisation and optimisation of the digital HR ecosystem.
  • Champion change management, digital adoption, and HR digital fluency.
  • Manage strategic partnerships and ensure robust technology governance.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years’ experience in HR technology strategy or digital HR leadership with large, complex global organisations.
  • Proven success partnering with HR executives to deliver innovative digital HR and workforce solutions at scale.
  • Strong track record in driving transformation through AI, automation, and advanced workforce analytics.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and developing consulting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation aligned to business objectives.
  • Foresight of future of work, HR technology disruption, and emerging AI applications.
  • Expertise in AI, ML, natural language processing, RPA, and practical deployment in HR domains.
  • Deep knowledge of HCM systems (e.g. Workday) and integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Familiar with digital EX platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft, Qualtrics, and Degreed.
  • Skilled in workforce analytics, KPI development, predictive modelling, and data visualisation.
  • Ability to apply agile methods, design thinking, and innovation frameworks to HR technology.
  • Track record of leading large-scale change and increasing technology adoption in a global, matrixed context.
  • Executive presence with superior communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across HR, IT, and business units.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), AI ethics, regulatory issues, and DEI impacts.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and audit requirements for HR.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in HR tech leadership roles in large organisations.
  • Active participation in digital transformation, HR technology, or AI professional communities.
