Corporate Mobility Manager
Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation and shaping the future of employee mobility? AstraZeneca is seeking aCorporate Mobility Managerin Lisbon to drive our ambitious EV fleet and commuting solutions, supporting our sustainability targets and delivering exceptional employee experience.
This role combines solid knowledge of corporate mobility options with an aptitude for sustainable solutions and knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) metrics relevant to corporate mobility (emissions, safety, inclusion) including cost control and accounting, including accounting under the International Financial Reporting Standard 16 (IFRS 16), plus strong data and systems expertise (advanced Excel, SAP and Coupa). You will own policy design, data governance and integrated reporting across Finance, ESG, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and People.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and continuously improve corporate mobility operations, including EV fleet, charging solutions, commuting policies, parking management, and transport benefits.
Identify process efficiencies and recommend best practices across all areas of mobility, focused on sustainability and cost control.
Manage supplier relationships and contracts for mobility services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards.
Support robust reporting, documentation, and audits across Finance, ESG, Safety Health & Environment (SHE), and People—leveraging advanced systems like SAP and Coupa.
Integrate ESG and commute metrics into corporate reporting, supporting AstraZeneca’s enterprise-wide sustainability goals.
Prepare and analyse fleet costs, ensure correct accounting under IFRS 16, and participate in financial planning and forecasting.
About You:
3–5+ years’ professional experience in corporate mobility, fleet management, finance, or procurement.
University degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or similar.
Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), SAP and Coupa.
Knowledge of IFRS 16 and practical experience with leasing contracts and cost analysis.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with high quality.
Aptitude for sustainable solutions and ESG metrics (GHG Protocol, Scope 1/Scope 3 Employee Commuting).
Excellent communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
Experience with EV fleets, charging policy, parking management, bike-to-work or carpooling programs.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks and continuous improvement methods (Lean, process automation).
