Human Resources (HR) at AstraZeneca is a global organisation that delivers global and local processes through a combined model of in-house delivery and partnerships with global HR teams, for example, HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Business Partners.

The Talent Intelligence Platform project focuses on implementing an AI-powered platform which will further strengthen how we attract, manage and develop talent in support of our 2030 Bold Ambition. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to support the global implementation of our talent intelligence platform across the majority of AZ markets.

This is a 12-month contract position focused on supporting effective and seamless change management and deployment, including sustainable adoption across our teams.

Accountabilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of change management activities to facilitate the successful implementation of our new talent intelligence platform.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Development and business leaders to understand their concerns and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the change and deployment approach.
  • Develop concise and engaging communication materials to keep stakeholders and relevant audience groups informed on progress, milestones and changes.
  • Support the Learning Enablement Lead in the project team and support the delivery of relevant materials and the scheduling of training sessions in a timely manner.
  • Support the capturing and delivery of change impacts to shape change activity, ensuring we achieve high levels of adoption, post launch.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of change management activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder and communication plans, training plans and feedback insight.
  • Ensure all change management activities comply with AstraZeneca's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare presentations aimed at various governance forums and stakeholder groups.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Workstream Lead as directed across all aspects of the workstream.
  • Set up complex meetings and workshops, often involving attendees from multiple (global) locations and time zones.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in change management, project coordination, communication or a related field, with a strong background in supporting technology implementations.
  • Change management experience within a global project.
  • Can demonstrate experience in working in a global environment, supporting work between different functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative materials for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess feedback and identify trends and areas for improvement.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and implementation of AI-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management and change management frameworks, e.g. Agile methodology, Prosci model.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and HR sector and the unique challenges and requirements.
  • Flexibility – able to adapt working style to support project needs.
  • Collaborates well and able to work successfully across multiple functions.
