Typical Accountabilities:
• Gathers information used to identify problems and develop practical solutions to routine problems and uncertain situations, and assists with their implementation

• Supports various projects and initiatives, as required, to ensure adequate resources are available where needed

• Remains aware of project deliverables and timelines to support project managers as necessary

• Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement in various business processes

• Collects information used to produce business case documents, improvement plans, investigation reports, and quality or performance improvement recommendations

• Ensures own work adheres to best practices and Safety, Health and Environment standards

• Resolves simple queries from internal clients independently and escalates more complex client issues
