What you’ll do
Patients Assistance Program (PAP) Operations
Support the end-to-end implementation of affordability and accessibility programs in alignment with company policies, brand strategy, and local regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
Serve as the main point of contact with hospitals and initiate new program rollouts or expansion opportunities, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders such as HCPs, hospital pharmacists, and administrators.
Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders such as distributors and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth daily operations of PAP initiatives.
Handle operational tasks including facilitating program kick-offs, supporting patient enrollment and management, and resolving logistical issues as needed.
Provide administrative support such as preparing documentation, processing agreements, tracking program KPIs, coordinating meetings, and maintaining internal databases and filing systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, Commercial) to support program execution and issue resolution.
Contribute to enhancing and digitalizing PAP offerings, supporting initiatives that expand services beyond affordability.
Essential for the role
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably life science-related
Minimum 3 years of successful track record in access, medical, or patient support operations.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and computer proficiency skills
Good communicator and strong project manager who can work effectively under pressure
Understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market
Desirable for the role
Bachelor's degree in natural sciences
Hands-on experience with hospitals, especially pharmacy services or patient-facing roles.
Exposure to market access or healthcare stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance processes.
