What you'll do

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Conduct studies and provide recommendation related to compensation & benefit policies

  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary and benefits processing.

  • Prepare annual manpower cost and non-manpower cost budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Support the annual merit increase & salary increase processes, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting.

  • Responsible for gathering, organizing, and updating information related to employee compensation (e.g., salaries, bonuses) and benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).

Essential for the role

  • 2–3 years of prior experience in compensation, benefits administration, or a related HR role.
