As a Group Medical Manager (GMM) in Turkey, you will create and execute a consistent, effective, and gap-filling medical strategy for current and pipeline products in the Cardiovascular & Renal therapeutic area. You will partner with brand-related roles in Marketing, Corporate Affairs, RAMA, and Sales, setting a clear vision and strategy while leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to achieve individual and organizational objectives.

As a GMM, you will focus on understanding the environment, identifying patient journey needs, and developing strategies and tactics aligned with cross-functional priorities and external stakeholders. You will ensure effective communication between your direct reports and business partners, coordinate performance management, achieve defined targets, and prioritize personal development for your team members.

Essential Skills/Experience

• University degree from Medical Faculty

• Thorough knowledge and experience within pharmaceutical industry (minimum 5 years)

• Experience of working in both Medical Science Manager (MSM) and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) roles

• Understanding of multiple aspects and functional roles within Medical Affairs

• Possesses a foundational understanding of the pharmaceutical business

• Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management both internally and externally

• Collaborative and solution-focused

• Cross-functional teamwork approach

• Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resource goals and project initiatives

• Ability to influence strategically to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive organisational relationships

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Turkish and English

• Knowledge of marketing compliance legislation, codes of practice and their practical application

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in presentation, negotiation, and leadership techniques.

• Available for business trips by all vehicles

• Located in İstanbul
