Fusion Pharmaceuticals, a member of the AstraZeneca Group, is a clinical-stage oncology company focused on developing next-generation radioconjugates (RCs) as precision medicines.  Fusion connects alpha particle emitting isotopes to various targeting molecules to selectively deliver the alpha emitting payloads to tumors.  Fusion’s clinical portfolio includes:  FPI-2265 targeting prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) for metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer currently in a Phase 2 trial;  FPI-1434 targeting insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor currently in a Phase 1 trial;  FPI-2059, a small molecule targeting neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1), currently in a Phase 1 trial; and FPI-2068, a bispecific IgG-based EGFR-cMET targeted radioconjugate currently in a Phase 1 trial.  In addition, Fusion is pursuing combination programs between RCs and DNA Damage Response Inhibitors (DDRis) and immune-oncology agents. Fusion has a fully operational Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant state-of-the-art radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility to meet supply demand for Fusion's growing pipeline of RCs.

Manages the logistics groups. Has a significant technical expertise. Will lead the function in a country. Responsible for

inventory management to ensure sufficient and efficient supply of goods and products.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Liaises with supply directors to understand requirements and match logistics delivery structure to meet needs

  • Accountable for managing a multi disciplinary team, directing members and monitoring performance within one or a number of logistics functions

  • Uses budgeting and planning tools to develop delivery frameworks and track and control delivery against plan

  • Implements changes across the Process Execution Team and Logistics interface and ensure a professional link is created and maintained between the two functions

  • Leads flow improvement and cost optimisation efforts for materials used with the Process Execution Team and the extended product supply chain in collaboration with process owners

  • Ensures compliance of self and others to internal and external regulations

  • Defines clear measures of performance and achieving agreed targets

  • Collaborates effectively with Logistics Leaders and excellence groups to develop continuous improvement

  • Undertakes management reporting activity as required

Essential :

  • Higher education

  • Experience of supporting global processes and systems

  • Understanding of and experience in some or all of the following: corporate governance, risk management, compliance

Desirable:

  • Degree level qualification

  • Experience of working with global processes, projects and systems to tight deadlines and service levels across different technology bases

Annual base salary for this position ranges from 123,997.60 to 162,746.85.

The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations.
