As aPharmaceutical Sales Specialistfor thePC-CVRMPrimary CareTeam,you’llplay a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives!

Main Duties,Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

  • Develop anddemonstrateknowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.

  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals,highlightingvalueand benefits of products.

  • Executecall plans andBrandStrategiesbytranslatingdata to actionable insights, aligning with overall businessobjectives.

  • Analyzesalesdata andmarkettrends toidentifyopportunities,supportdevelopment ofinsightfuland actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Establishesandnurturesrelationships andbuildscredibility withPrimaryCarehealthcare professionalsto effectively position products.

  • Leverage multiple channelsincludingdigital platforms andface to faceengagements to drive meaningful customer interactions,increasingproductawarenessandfacilitatingadoption.

  • Collaborateeffectivelywith territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.

  • Adapt to anddemonstratethorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.

  • Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’sDegree

  • 0 - 2+ years ofdemonstratedSales or B2B, or Commercial experience

  • Avaliddriver’s license and safe driving record
