Senior Compression Operator

The Sr Compression Operator is responsible for executing manufacturing activities across various processing areas, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Blending Activities: Perform room cleaning and equipment setup as per validated settings. Operate blending machines efficiently and document activities in compliance with GMP guidelines.
• Compression Activities: Handle cleaning and changeovers. Set up and run compression machines according to standard parameters. Maintain accurate batch records and documentation.

The Sr Compression Operator is expected to be proficient in all key manufacturing areas ( Blending, Compression) and contribute to material management, including receiving, returning, and transferring materials and finished goods, along with performing SAP transactions.

Additionally, the role involves active participation in Lean Digital initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support digital transformation efforts in manufacturing operations.
