US Senior Marketing Manager - LYNPARZA

The US Senior Marketing Manager, Oncology DDR is accountable for the strategy and tactical execution of all non-personal, HCP-facing promotion deliverables required to drive the brand strategy for the investigational novel combination in endometrial cancer (DUO-E) and ovarian cancer (DUO-O) in the US.
The US Senior Marketing Manager, Oncology DDR will report into the Head of US Marketing, DDR within the G2 Franchise and also work in close collaboration with Breast cancer counterparts within the Oncology Business Unit. LYNPARZA is a key molecule in the G2 portfolio which relies heavily on non-personal and digital promotion in the years prior to loss of exclusivity. The Marketing Manager will be charged with developing and driving robust NPP plans and collaborating successfully with key cross-functional partners.
This position is based on-site at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters.
Typical Accountabilities
Accountability for the non-personal promotion execution and planning for LYNPARZA with input into brand strategy
Execution of all GPO initiatives for LYNPARZA and development of any training or communications required for execution
Identification and execution of innovative digital opportunities to enhance channel mix and deliver on brand strategic imperatives in novel ways
Ensuring alignment with the brand strategy as well as regulatory, legal and compliance
Lead indication media budget and associated AZ processes
Handle partner agency relationships, workflow and related project budgets – including timely operations (e.g. POs, invoices, etc.)
Essential
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. This includes managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, or business planning.
1-2 years of media experience or knowledge of channel strategies and objectives, and performance metrics
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex content
Ability to manage complex projects and remain focused in ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed environment
Strong business insight skills, as role is responsible for managing multiple program budgets, timelines, process and procedures
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority
High capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically and operating effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
High ethical standards and personal integrity
Desirable
MBA or PharmD in relevant field
Oncology, rare disease, or specialty care experience highly preferred
Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders & Precision Medicine
Experience in NPP / Omnichannel / media strategy
Experience working in ‘commercial alliance/partnership’ environment

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081-$226,622. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
