Job Title: Enterprise Digital Strategy & Services Lead, Site Operations

As the Digital Strategy & Technology Services Lead for US R&D Site Operations, you will coordinate the Site Operations digital and technical vision. You will be responsible for the implementation, management, and alignment of multiple coordinated facilities platforms, applications, and technical services. This role is a trusted technology partner to the organization, ensuring the success of the site operations digital and technology strategy and deployment.

Accountabilities:


Your role will involve defining strategic visions for US R&D Sites related to technology integration, crafting program management structures, and providing expert input to emerging technology research. You will be responsible for the Site Operations and Lab Operations project and implementation plans for digital technology, including budget management. You will also lead collaborative efforts to advance tools and technologies, manage the implementation of enterprise applications, and lead all aspects of facility management technology systems. Your role will involve multi-site outreach and support, data-driven decision making, encouraging effective communication and collaboration among multi-functional teams, staying updated with industry trends, and developing operating plans and negotiating budgets.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree 
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience working with IT Technical or functional support background
- Demonstrable experience leading digitization of processes and ways of working
- Experience in identifying and implementing innovative technology solutions.
- Entrepreneurial approach to impact leadership and high emotional intelligence
- Demonstrable ability to lead matrix teams, influence multi-functionally and manage multiple, complex customers
- Proven complex project and budget management experience and achievement of agreed outcomes
- Knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Proven data management, analysis and visualization capability 
- Experience working within Facilities Management environment including Lab and Office environments 

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Technical Management certifications
- FM Management
- AutoCAD/Revit
- Demonstrated leadership skills interacting with senior leaders
- Significant experience in Biopharmaceutical industry experience with demonstrable ability to use documents, data and analytics for insightful decision making
