We are seeking aSenior Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL),Bladder Cancer,to join us at our dynamic sitein the greater DC Metro area in Gaithersburg MD! The Senior GMALwill report to the Head of Genitourinary (GU)Cancers andwill play a pivotal role in leading the Global Medical Affairs strategy and execution forone of theassetswithin thetherapeutic area.The Sr GMALwill work cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Commercial, and other stakeholder teams to enhance patient benefit and deliver scientific leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the global medical affairs strategy for assignedasset/indicationsinbladdercancer
Lead the planning and implementation of evidence generation activities, including real-world evidence and medical affairs studies
Provide medical leadership in the development of scientific communication and publication strategy
Represent medical affairs on cross-functional teams,includingthe Global Product Team (GPT)and the Integrated Brand Team (IBT),ensuring alignment withtheoverallasset strategy
Advance market and stakeholder understanding by driving insight generation initiatives
Collaborate with regional and local medical teams tosupporttheimplementationoflocalplansandto ensure consistencywith the globalstrategy
Serve as the global expert for assignedasset/indications, collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and scientific experts
Contribute to the development and delivery ofmaterials andtraining for internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum ofMasterdegree in a scientific field or equivalent medical/scientific qualifications
At least5years of senior/specialized experience within pharma/life sciences and/or medical experience (e.g. significant clinical/academic/medical affairs roles/organizations)
Experience and ability to lead and provide strategic leadership across functional working groups and teams within a complex matrix organization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
Oncology medical experience
Prior experience inbladdercancer is highly preferred
Global and/orCountry launch experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience with evidence generationand market-shaping activities
Proven ability to work in a complex, matrix environment.
Strong scientific acumen and the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $248,620.80 - $372,931.20 USD AnnualHourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
