Senior Relationship Manager, HR Services 

About The Role:

In this role you will be playing a key role in representing People Services and supporting our Senior Stakeholders, Employees and Line Managers on the ground at one of strategic Sites (UK, US or Sweden). You will be single point of contact for our HR Stakeholders and Senior Managers for non-standard, complex and country specific queries (which can not be done offshore); you will be an expert resource for your area and play a connection role between off-shore service delivery teams and our customers. In this role you will be accountable for Stakeholder management (HRD(s), HRLT, COE Leads) making sure they are engaged, aware and in line with the People Services agenda, involved in critical issues (where necessary) and equipped with the latest metrics.

People Services is one of the core service towers in Global Business Services where we support all AstraZeneca colleagues across the globe with HR and People related processes from hire to retire. We assist employees and managers with HR queries and support, own the strategy and delivery of pay and time, manage end-to-end job changes, support our HR Centres of Excellence with everything from interview scheduling, candidate screening, offer/contract generation, New Employee Onboarding, Reward and Benefit processes and global mobility. We partner and heavily influence digital strategies and are subject matter experts in Workday, ServiceNow and beyond. Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for building and maintaining high quality relations with the key Strategic Site stakeholders (HRD, HRLT,

  • COE Leads) with a passion to provide the best and most competent support

  • Accountable for high quality and compliant delivery of complex, non-standard, site specific cases as well as continuous

  • process improvement in line with internal and external best practices

  • Supporting key People Services & GBS projects, programs and initiatives (i.e. tech/digital projects where impacting

  • People Services, M&A, enterprise/GBS/People Services initiatives)

  • Playing a key connecting role between service delivery teams to solve the query and provide the timely response

  • Playing a Partner role within the HR Stakeholders and GBS community

  • Accountable for service performance and mitigate issues (within the Site)

  • Collaborate closely with GBS/HR colleagues globally to share best practice, drive ideas forward and ensure consistent of service

  • Ensures delivery of best-in-class support

  • Being a single point of contact and site representative when it comes to escalation of more complex queries or challenging customers

  • Being close, playing an expert role and support the day-to-day operations of the off-shore My HR Advisory Team to ensure the organization's current and future needs are met efficiently and reliably

  • Evaluates the SLA, C-SAT and other quality data to make sure we deliver according to set targets

  • Provides monthly reporting data for Governance dashboard purposes

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in Human Resources (HR) Services
  • Experience/comfort in working with and managing senior stakeholders across the business
  • Fluent English
  • Rigorous and analytical thinking
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
  • Independent and collaborate worker
  • Developed commercial and analytical skills
  • Professional HR qualification

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $121,014 to $181,521. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
