Accountabilities:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be integral to the Finance Team, supporting the delivery of team objectives.
Reporting, Planning & Forecasting:
- Responsible for month-end close for your area of expertise
- Provide robust, quality month-end financial information to business teams
- Interpret financial data and deliver quality variance analysis and insightful commentary for management reporting
- Engage proactively with the business to provide inputs, challenge, and outputs during forecasting updates
- Prepare and monitor AZ & Alliance budgets, partnering with the franchise team
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Finance Directors to identify risks and opportunities throughout the forecasting process
Other role requirements:
- Assist in better business decisions by providing financial expertise and insightful analysis to ad hoc queries
- Ensure corporate governance standards are met, taking accountability for effective operation of relevant financial reporting controls
- Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification across the process area
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA a plus
- Qualified finance professional or equivalent, with 3+ years accounting / controlling / FP&A experience
- Knowledge of management accounting and reporting
- Confidence to express clear opinions and ability to explain financial issues to non-financial management
- Ability to work well in and across matrix & diverse teams
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion
- Ability to analyze data and identify key drivers
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, resilient
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience of working in a customer-oriented organization
- Experience in a global organization or pharmaceutical company
- Cross-boundary experience, including building relationships remotely and cross-culturally
- Experience of working in a matrix organization
- Team Supervisory/people management experience

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $91,661 to $137,492. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
