You will spearhead primary market research, forecasting, and analytics to drive business impact. Accountabilities:
Collaborate as a thought partner, using research insights to craft impactful brand strategies.
Lead and optimize primary research, forecasting, and analytics, employing best practices.
Design insightful plans and orchestrate market research to inform data-driven marketing.
Deliver analytically sound forecasts and track KPI performance for brand health.
Present cohesive insights to senior management, communicating brand vitality.
Provide strategic recommendations and anticipate needs with cross-functional teams.
Mentor a high-performing team, advancing their skills and leadership capabilities.
Essential skills/experience:
BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD).
6+ years in biopharmaceuticals or related fields, with a strong preference for oncology expertise.
Proficient in primary research and secondary data analytics.
Strategy consulting experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and lead within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $214,206 to $321,309. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
