You will be responsible for the HCP marketing of CALQUENCE, a cornerstone brand in our Hematology Franchise. Accountabilities:

As the Director, you will develop and implement a robust commercial strategy for CALQUENCE in CLL and MCL. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups for the development and implementation of strategic and execution plans. You will also represent the brand at a national and regional level in key field force interactions. Your role will involve optimizing marketing DBE spending across indications and leading partnership efforts with Global leaders to define life-cycle priorities.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand strategy with a minimum of 3 years in oncology brand management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a US Market
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, brand strategy, and/or oncology sales
  • Experience with marketing in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
  • Validated ability to lead sophisticated projects in a matrixed environment with a global team
  • Strong business acumen
  • Prior in-line HCP marketing experience
  • Launch Experience
  • AOR Management

Preferred Experience:

  • Hematology U.S. Oncology experience is highly preferred
  • Understanding of landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics
  • Knowledgeable of customer segments and impact on the Oncology Ecosystem including but not limited to GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy partners
  • In-depth Marketing experience
  • Experience across multiple promotional channels
  • Exhibit a high degree of clinical competence and some financial competence

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $173,694 to $260,540. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
