As an Associate Director in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, you will be at the forefront, proactive, innovative and brave, we don't stop. It means we dare to do the big studies in the real world, utilizing primary and secondary data, leading the field in evidence generation and external scientific engagement.Accountabilities:In this role, you will deliver Therapeutic Area PSO operations, manage the day-to-day Agency operational plan, support publication plans, take ownership of legacy and RWE publications projects, and much more. You will collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external experts, investigators, journals, conference organizers and external bodies to deliver strategic publication and communication activities.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in the health sciences or communications fieldMinimum 3-5 years of working in the pharmaceutical industry or a medical communications agencyDemonstrated project management experienceBroad understanding of drug development processDemonstrated performance, budget, and resource management skills in a global organizationExcellent leadership and project management skills to deliver in a complex multidisciplinary environmentAbility to establish and maintain professional relationships with external experts, investigators, journal editors and publishers and professional bodiesAbility to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and projects to within budgetFlexibility and adaptability to manage long-term activities in a constantly changing internal and external environmentDesirable Skills/Experience:Relevant post-graduate degreeExperience of working globally, cross-culturally and cross-functionallyStrong therapeutic knowledge in respiratory and immunology, with proven ability to adapt quickly to other therapeutic specialtiesWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
