We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Scientist with a strong background in the characterization of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and optimization of ADCs for various therapeutic areas. Accountabilities
- Analytical Characterization: Conduct comprehensive characterization of ADCs using a variety of analytical techniques such as HIC-HPLC, SEC, LC-MS, IEX, and RP-HPLC.
- Method Development: Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for the characterization of ADCs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data, ensuring accurate and reliable results to support ADC development.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of experiments, methodologies, and results in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of scientists across multiple disciplines to ensure timely progress in research projects and contribute to the overall success of the program.
- Presentation: Effectively communicate findings and present complex scientific data to cross-functional teams and senior management.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Masters in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant industrial experience.
- Analytical Techniques: Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC)-HPLC, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), Ion-Exchange (IEX), and Reversed Phase (RP)-HPLC.
- Method Development: Proven experience in developing and validating analytical methods for protein and conjugate characterization.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex analytical problems.
- Documentation: Excellent attention to detail and experience in maintaining accurate laboratory records.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly to a variety of audiences.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Mass Spectrometry: Experience with mass spectrometry for ADC characterization is a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for biopharmaceutical analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $87,200 to $130,800. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
