Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact? As an Engineering Design Associate II/III, you will support the maintenance and management of the Facilities and Engineering drawing control program. This includes creating, revising, storing, and retrieving drawings in compliance with site policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also provide routine reporting of drawing revision status for internal F&E related drawing revisions as well as internal and external project-based drawing modifications.

Accountabilities

Level II

- Full knowledge of the job with a broad understanding of its detailed aspects.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
- Work under general supervision for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new activities or special assignments.
- Detect and correct errors that may cause moderate loss of time or customer/user dissatisfaction.
- Engage with individuals within your department and occasionally with contacts outside your organization to obtain or provide information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
- Understand and apply redlines effectively.

Level III

- Possess considerable knowledge of the job with complete understanding of its general and detailed aspects.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Work under limited supervision with no instructions needed on routine work and general instructions on new lines of work or special assignments.
- Detect errors that may be difficult to identify and could result in loss of customer business, material, or equipment.
- Frequently engage with individuals from other departments or outside organizations to obtain or provide information on matters of moderate importance or sensitive nature.
- Pick up redlines and understand the design behind them.

Essential Skills/Experience

Level II

- 3-5 years of experience with CAD
- High School Diploma

Level III

- 5-10 years of experience with CAD
- High School Diploma

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $89,874.40 to $134,841.60Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors
