Are you ready to lead a global team of Digital SMEs and Solution Architects? As the Associate Director for GFS Digital Delivery, you'll oversee a diverse range of projects, including automation initiatives, digital upskilling, and executing components of the GFS Digital Strategy. This role demands exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and governance skills to drive digital transformation across GFS, benefiting both our organization and stakeholders. Accountabilities:

• Execute the GFS Digital & Innovation Strategy with a focus on delivering automation projects, digital upskilling programs, and maintaining the GC GFS Digital Innovation Hub.

• Collaborate with the Head of GFS Technology & Compliance and the GFS Digital Strategy & Innovation Director to achieve short- and long-term goals.

• Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize deliverables and ensure projects meet business case commitments.

• Develop and implement KPIs, metrics, and ways of working to ensure effective delivery and governance of automations.

• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders to meet operational and financial expectations.

• Partner with other teams to allocate resources for design documentation, requirements gathering, migration planning, and more.

• Maintain a strong working relationship with GFS Lean colleagues to drive Lean Digital initiatives.

• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Build leadership strength within Digital SMEs and Solution Architects, ensuring effective succession plans and skill uplift.

• Manage the GFS Digital intern program in partnership with GFS sites.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Prior experience in identifying business requirements for automation projects and collaborating with Digital SMEs and Solution Architects.

• Strong practical knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from concept through deployment and benefit realization.

• Experience driving best practices and change on a global scale.

• Experience with developing and maintaining effective governance in a digital/technology environment.

• Experience in developing metrics/KPIs/reporting.

• Experience managing complex deliverables at senior stakeholder levels.

• Track record of delivering high levels of customer service and change initiatives.

• Experience working with global processes, projects, and systems under tight deadlines.

• Experience managing budgets, including forecasting spend for teams.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform products (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate).

• Understanding of Lean principles and ability to apply them in line with our Lean Digital approach.

• Finance qualification (CCAB accountant, Finance degree or equivalent).

• Experience in multiple process areas within finance.

• Experience working in a technology-based environment (product management, software development, agile).

• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and data infrastructure (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks).

• Awareness of industry trends in technology/digital and its use within finance.
