As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll lead the Facilities Management (FM) soft and hard services strategy for our Ireland sites, focusing on key performance indicators, governance, and continuous improvement. You'll support collaborators in waste management and site trades engagement, ensuring seamless operations. Your expertise will also be crucial in managing engineering site projects and collaborating with real estate partners for consolidations and refurbishments. Accountabilities

In this dynamic role, you'll manage business relationships, gaining a deep understanding of requirements to implement global sourcing strategies. You'll optimize vendor bases, ensuring the lowest total cost of ownership while maintaining high service quality. Your commitment to cost control and timely supply will be vital. You'll assist in managing supplier performance by analyzing critical metrics and business scorecards, improving value through contract monitoring. Your negotiation skills will emphasize financial terms, risk management, and sustainability. You'll develop compliance to supplier Service Level Agreements and follow market trends to support internal customers.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Procurement and sourcing experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a relatable environment (Multi-national, GMP manufacturing, Industrial)
- Skill to engage with customers and establish efficient working relationships
- Ability to work to deadlines
- English fluency is required

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Some Category management experience preferably in Facilities and Maintenance Services
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Ireland Facilities Services market
- Knowledge of Ireland Trades market
- Service oriented
- Ability to work on Global teams and independently
