Are you ready to make a significant impact in the field of haematology? As a Brand & Customer Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand strategy for the Irish market. This senior position involves collaborating with various internal teams, including sales, medical, diagnostics, and market access, to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy plan. Your efforts will drive sales targets and foster key relationships essential for successful brand implementation and partnerships. With a focus on customer engagement, you'll be instrumental in delivering launch excellence, insights, and key marketing campaigns.
Accountabilities
• Tactical delivery, localisation, and execution of the marketing plan across various channels
• Promote effectively to senior/influential customers within key accounts through enhanced key account management
• Manage brand sales forecast (PB, RBU2 and MTP) and annual brand marketing budget
• Drive the creation of content to deliver an engaging brand experience across channels
• Manage external vendors (including creative agencies, market research agencies, meeting partners)
• Oversee the promotional asset approval and compliance process with cross-functional partners
• Utilize insights and performance data for tactical execution - including account planning, targeting, and segmentation
• Engage externally with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers to understand account needs
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize the value of each key account
Essential Skills/Experience
• Strong commercial pharmaceutical experience with a strong performance track record
• Experience working in a customer facing environment
• Strong sales and/or marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share
• Creative multichannel marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense
• Success working as part of cross-functional teams with great communication skills
Desirable Skills/Experience
• Experience of the therapy area – including knowledge of the healthcare environment
• Experience in launching new medicines
• Experience in managing Key Customer Relationships
