Business Development Sr Manager

This role is responsible for understanding the market, mapping opportunities, driving strategic engagement, and implementing new business development initiatives, with a primary focus on the Brazilian public market. In addition, the position will contribute to strategic projects within the Strategic Affairs area, not limited to the public market or business development activities.

Main activities:

• Lead key public strategic projects, being accountable for E2E process (prospection internal approvals and negotiation) as well as including all governance model internally and externally in synergy with the cross functional areas 

• Become a champion regarding Business Development Opportunities in the Public Sector, being a bold and strong driver with these workstream

• Lead planning tools for strategic affairs projects and engaging a high number of local cross-functional stakeholders focus on cultural changed mindset 

• Ensure that every priority will be aligned locally, regionally, and globally with both business and operations teams

• Connect and engage internal teams (including those ex-BR) to follow good legal and compliance practices

• Map and analyze market and competitor’s dynamics

Mandatory Requirements:

• Undergraduate in health, administration or related areas

• Strong knowledge/overview regarding Brazilian healthcare dynamics

• Previous experience with public-private partnerships & engagement with high-profile public stakeholders.

• Advanced English

• Previous experience with planning tools

Preferred Requirements:

•  Previous experience with negotiation with public stakeholders 

•  Advanced Spanish
