Partnering with senior leaders, you help build the scope, goals, and objectives of each initiative. Developing business cases is a regular part of the role, and being able to estimate cost and resource needs, as well as evaluate cost/benefit analyses, will hone decision-making skills. This role typically has responsibility for both people and budget. You can actively shape solutions, ensuring business requirements are captured, and stay well-informed about various supplier solutions to support our projects. Risk management, value management, and resolving or escalating risks are at the core of project oversight, while adherence to quality and compliance standards ensures our teams deliver excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering or a science-related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years in Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Project development and presentation experience
  • 3rd party supplier collaboration
  • Policy, procedure, and guideline application

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of change management experience
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar manufacturing
  • Project Management Certification
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or science-related field
  • Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO)
