What you'll do
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead sales and marketing efforts for the Respiratory and Immunology Business Unit in the Philippines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing sales and marketing teams, focusing on performance management, talent development, and career growth.
- Defining, designing, executing, and measuring marketing strategies and tactics to achieve brand objectives.
- Ensuring effective sales execution within your designated geography.
- Managing budgetary compliance to support business goals.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large teams
Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the Philippines
Comprehensive understanding of the Philippines' Healthcare environment
Desirable Requirements:
MBA in relevant field
Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets role
Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience
